Building Design+Construction is proud to debut our 2018 Design Showcase demonstration project, the FutureWork co-working structure, located on the show floor during the AIA Convention Expo. 

In today's workspace environment the need to create more efficient, less "office", more collaborative with better lighting (remember the old translucent lighting?!) better air quality and the need to separate work space from quite space has become the new normal. 

Dispersed workers, better technology to communicate and workplace modernization are driving the need to create these thriving workplace environments. Whether this is for a building or a remote employee, its become essential to create a more modernized, healthier environment where workers can collaborate seamlessly. 

FutureWork is a structure that does just that. It is smaller in scale while providing an efficient workspace environment.
